Karim is a professional licensed home builder with a keen passion for construction. With over a decade of experience constructing quality new homes for clients all over Greater Vancouver, his passion, detailed understanding of construction and attention to detail will ensure that your project is done right. Every project constructed by Alyza Homes is built by Karim personally. He will also oversee and manage any sub-trades to ensure the work is done professionally. From requirements right through construction and finishing, Karim is there to ensure the project is on track, on budget and professionally built.
